On October 28, 2020, a videoconference between the Turkmenbashi International sea port and the Union of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the administrative building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary". The meeting was attended by heads of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" and the Turkmenbashi International sea port, as well as entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the Kazakh side was informed about the potential of the Turkmenbashi International sea port. Kazakh businessmen presented their companies and noted their readiness to participate in projects of state and regional significance. An increase in cargo traffic between the ports of the two countries was also discussed. At the end of the meeting, the parties supported the need to develop bilateral cooperation by increasing the volume of imports and exports between the two countries, expanding the list of goods and services transported.
