Oil loading terminals

     The oil loading terminals of the Turkmenbashi International sea port include the port points “Kenar”, “Alaja” and “Ekerem”. Oil and oil products are exported through the port points “Kenar”, “Alaja” and “Ekerem”.

    “Kenar” is a port point built in 1965-1966, the canal is 7 km long and 100 meters wide, has 2 berths and can accommodate up to 4 vessels at a time. Loading and unloading of oil and oil products is carried out in the port point  of “Kenar”.

     “Alaja” is a port point built in 1972, its length is 5.2 km, and its width is 100 meters which can accommodate up to 2 vessels at a time. Oil is being loaded at the port point of “Alaja”.

     “Ekerem” is a port point built in 1960-1962 and can accommodate up to 2 vessels at a time The canal is 3.3 km long and 70 meters wide. The “Ekerem” port point is also loading and unloading for the shipment of oil and oil products.
