On October 15, 2020, a videoconference was held in the administrative building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" to study the possibilities of cooperation between the Association of companies of the Republic of Austria and the relevant state bodies of Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by officials of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary", Turkmenbashi International sea port and JSC "Merchant marine fleet", as well as Austrian experts. During the videoconference, the Austrian side presented introductory presentations to a member of the Turkmen-Austrian chamber of Commerce. Noting the current economic indicators of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen side invited Austrian companies interested in participating in future investment projects of cooperation. The parties also exchanged views on investment cooperation, as well as on the creation of an investment fund.
