On June 19, 2020, a meeting was held in the office building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" to discuss issues related to the implementation of the OSCE project, as well as negotiations on the creation of a digital system in the Caspian Sea. The meeting was attended by the Turkmen side: the leadership of the Turkmenbashi International seaport, representatives of the "Merchant fleet", as well as the leadership Of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" and the meeting was chaired by the OSCE: Vuk Zugic - Coordinator of OSCE economic and environmental; Daniel Kroos is a senior member of the OSCE energy security Program; Christian Schneider is a Board member and partner on the WTO Advisory Board; and Thomas Kargl is a member of the Australian Federal Railways Board. As a result of the meeting, it was emphasized that it would be appropriate to support the implementation of this project in the creation of a digital system, which will have a positive impact on increasing cargo traffic between the ports of the Caspian States.
