On August 30-31, 2021, a video conference was held between OSCE representatives and representatives of the Turkmenbashi International Sea port in the administrative building of the “Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the agency “Turkmendenizderyayollary”, representatives of the Turkmenbashi International Sea port, representatives of the OSCE, as well as the heads of the ports of the Russian Federation, Novorossiysk and Tuapse.
The main issues of the meeting were international standards for port management, ISO international standards for the construction and commissioning of ports, experience in continuous and timely cargo handling, as well as experience in responding to emergency situations in OSCE seaports.
During the meeting, representatives of the ports exchanged views on port management and the current state of affairs, as well as exchanged experience.
