On November 16-18, 2020, a videoconference was held in the administrative building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary" to improve the knowledge and international experience of specialists from ministries and departments of the country on organizing exhibitions of various levels. The seminar was attended by specialists of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary", Turkmenbashi International sea port, JSC "Merchant marine", JSC "Balkan" shipbuilding and ship repair plant". During the three-day seminar, experts from the International bureau of exhibitions (IBE) familiarized Turkmen specialists with the organization's activities, shared their experience in exhibition and fair activities, highlighted, in particular, communication and technical aspects of participation in exhibitions held under the auspices of the IBE, and discussed programs to build the capacity of interaction with Turkmenistan at the international level. Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Secretary General of the International exhibitions bureau Dimitri Kerkentzes noted the high level of Turkmenistan in organizing exhibitions at international venues. There were also speeches by the Chairman of the chamber of Commerce and industry of Turkmenistan Dovletgeldi Rejepov, as well as by the Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France Shohrat Jumayev.
