On October 21-23, 2020, a videoconference was held to facilitate the cross-border movement of goods transported by rail and road through the establishment of the logistics Center of the OSCE Center in Turkmenistan. The seminar was held in the conference hall of the administrative building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary". The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the management of transit corridors through integrated logistics centers, with the Turkmen side were representatives of the Department of digital technologies and information security, Department of international relations and logistics Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary", Department of marketing and international relations of the Turkmenbashi International sea port, and a representative of the Department of Commerce and marketing, CJSC “Marine merchant fleet". The OSCE was represented by experts in the field of transport and logistics, Mrs. Natalia Drozd head of the OSCE Center in Ashgabat, Mr. Alexander Zaboev adviser to the International Automobile Association, Mr. Bondo Bolkvadze expert on customs issues and simplification of processes PMCG Consulting, Mr. Vadim Zakharenko expert of the International Automobile Association (IRU). The meeting, which lasted three days, discussed the role of Turkmenistan in managing transport and transit corridors through Unified logistics centers. They also highlighted the opportunities and achievements of the Turkmenbashi International sea port, which is considered the Golden link of logistics in Central Asia.
