On September 24, 2020, in the office building of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary", a videoconference was held between the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayollary", the company "Crown Agents" of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, during which the parties discussed the company's services in the field of customs clearance, "single window", competition development and export promotion. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Turkmen Agency for "Turkmendenizderyayollary", Turkmenbashi International sea port and JSC "Merchant Marine", as well as experts of the company "Crown Agents". At the beginning of the meeting, the British company spoke in detail about its work. In other words, the company advises public and private parties on their long-term experience in areas such as trade facilitation, customs facilitation, and single window implementation. Noting that Turkmenistan was recently admitted to the world Trade Organization as an observer, the Turkmen side expressed its readiness to cooperate in developing the country's strategy within the framework of this organization. Development and improvement of the port has been carried out in several ports in Africa.
